December 17, 2008: IMS Report Card tallies Plugest achievements
The second IMS/NGN Forum "IMS Report Card" reports "steady progress" in the deployment of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) components, though not end-to-end IMS architectures. The UNH-IOL hosts the Forums IMS Plugfests, with the next event, Plugfest 6, planned for early Q1, 2009.
